301 Washington Street: Cornerstone of Columbus, Indiana
An online exhibit about the history of 301 Washington Street and the Irwin-Sweeney-Miller family. The exhibit features historical photographs, documents, and drawings from the library, the architectural archives, and the Bartholomew County Historical Society. This project is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Indiana State Library.

Fifth Street in Columbus, Indiana, is known as the “Avenue of the Architects” for the renowned architects who have built there. This exhibit features photographs by Balthazar Korab from the CIAA collection and new photographs by Hadley Fruits and Adam Reynolds that explore the Avenue’s architecture and landscape.
