This digital collection focuses on records from 5 architectural projects common to many towns: a middle school, a hospital, a public park, a school administration building, and a higher education institution. These projects each have fascinating histories that cannot be gleaned from merely driving by them or walking through them. The materials that document the creation and re-adaptive use of these buildings and park tell stories about their designers, their tenants, the time period they were built in, the area they occupy—stories that are not told anywhere else.
